Our vision is to reduce poverty, improve human capital development and democratize access to opportunities for sustained economic growth for youths and women across Africa.
Our mission is to contribute to Africa’s collective prosperity by investing in youths and women through leadership development, skill empowerment, vocational and entrepreneurial training programs.
At Lead for Good Africa, we are investing in Africa’s people potential by educating and empowering youths and women with the skills and knowledge required to overcome poverty, attain their potential in order to contribute to the collective prosperity of the African continent.
Our goal is to impact and elevate the quality of life of 1million individuals and 1,000 communities through our core initiatives by 2030.
Our Story
We’ve witnessed firsthand how poverty and poor education cripples the ability of our youths and women to fulfil their potential and attain prosperity. This is why we’ve decided to work together to make a difference through our organization.
When youths and women are equipped and empowered with the right mindset, skillset and toolset to attain their potential, they can overcome the challenges of poverty and live productively. This in turn contributes to sustained economic growth and our collective prosperity as a society.
Our impact model comprising of leadership development and skill empowerment programs, has been tried and tested. While our leadership development and capacity building programs are designed to address the internal problems that causes poverty, our skill empowerment programs provide the knowledge, skills and opportunities that enhance productivity, enabling our participants to fulfil their potential as productive members of the society.
Since 2022, we’ve made a difference in the lives of over 1500 and counting individuals whom we’ve served in various communities across Africa.
