Take The Lead
Take The Lead is a transformative leadership and personal development training program designed to empower individuals with the soft skills required to increase productivity and make meaningful contribution in the society.
Our participants, comprising of youths and women are equipped with the knowledge required to transform their mindsets, and overcome the limitations caused by poverty and poor quality of education. Our bespoke curriculum has been designed with the African youth in mind, with the goal of inspiring action through mindset re-engineering and purpose driven leadership.
With our ongoing partnership with the Metropolitan School of Business and Management (MSBM) UK, individuals can access professional courses at subsidised costs on our e-learning platform.
